Three days of private work with Cecilie to understand and heal patterns in the subconscious. We explore what is happening around your inner child and your adult, with the aim of freeing the energy caught up in it and finding a different level of inner peace.
I work with people who are incredibly successful on the outside, yet some part of them doesn’t believe they deserve that success. When something goes really well, they find themselves sabotaging another part of their life. In this work, we look at the feelings you hold about yourself and the narratives that keep you in the same cycles.
In trance, we explore the rooms around your inner child and your adult. You draw them, and we put the pictures on the wall. Together, we interpret the drawings and connect what we find to the patterns playing out in your life. We work privately together through the inner child process, the adult process and their integration.
The process requires you to be fully present and not do work or take meetings in between. It’s an energy-intensive and time-intensive process during those three days.
