My mission is to help people remember
Cecilie came into this work through her own personal initiation. From 18-26 she was sick from a heavy metal poisoning - at this point she could barely read, was deep in depression, chronic pain, and felt very little purpose and meaning here in the world.
Within a year of starting to gain her physical health back, she had an awakening that put her in touch with her mission, purpose, and truth - in a way she could never have anticipated.
In that moment, she felt a love ten times stronger than anything she had felt in her life. At the same time, she felt a huge amount of electric energy pulsing through her body. In the week that followed, she spent 40+ hours meditating, tapping back into the same energy of limitless love and information over and over again.
It became clear to her that this connection was not exclusive to her. It is something that is available to every one of us. And if we all truly remembered this, the world would be a very different place. So, she made it her mission to help people remember.
THE OLDEST CHILD THAT GOT EVERYTHING RIGHT
Life was a breeze
I was a joyful, active, smart, and at the same time deeply reflective child. The kind that gets you pulled away in class because you ask about the significance of death in 4th grade. (I guess the teachers got a little concerned?) But I didn’t have a death wish... I was just curious about the nature of life.
I was one of the best in my class, one of the best on my skiteam, and would always get picked to sing solos or play the main character in plays or musicals.
My childhood superpower was that I believed I could accomplish anything I set my mind to. So, I usually did.
...UNTIL IT WASNT
Let’s kill the “overnight success” myth.
It all changed when I got sick at boarding school in New York in second year of High School.
I decided to take a gap year to take care of my health and regain my energy. That one year ended up turning into 8 years...
Between 18-26 I was debilitatingly sick with a heavy metal poisoning. I reacted to what felt like anything and everything.
I was barely absorbing nutrients and was very underweight. Could barely read, was in chronic pain, and was deeply depressed.
It took about 4 years of testing and trying soo many different treatments before we found out that the root issue was heavy metal poisoning.
I had never actually been an adult without being sick.
THE TRANSFORMATION
The moment everything cracked open.
It felt like I had been plugged into an electric socket, and my entire body had more energy than I knew what to do with.
I booked myself a weeklong meditation retreat with about 40 hours of meditation on the other side of the world.
The first day, in the first meditation, I experienced a moment that was so full of unconditional love, that I thought, “This must be what people talk about when they talk about coming to God”.
I thought this would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. But over the next few days, I just kept tapping back into the same feeling of limitless love over and over again.
MASTER OF METAPHYSICS
Hogwarts energy. No wands. Very real magic.
So, I started following the breadcrumbs... About 6 more weeklong meditation retreats in different continents. A 3-week-long sound healer certification in Spain, and a deep dive into ancient mystical traditions.
Studying metaphysics at a mystic school in the US with teachers in their late 70s and 80s, who had devoted their lives to this work.
Yup, think Hogwarts without the wands and sub spells for mantras.
SOUND ALCHEMIST
Reconnecting with my voice.
After singing in a church choir and with a private teacher for years when I was younger, I had barely been singing at all when I was sick. I just didn’t really have the energy for... anything.
The intention was never really to share sound healing with others; it was a journey for me to reclaim my voice.
I started facilitating, really just because a friend suggested we host a ceremony together, and pretty quickly, brands I had looked up to for years, started reaching out to do collaborations.
When I shared my voice, it always seemed to attract more of the right people, and more doors started opening.
